All of my ondemand classes are suitable for beginners! However if you would like to try a true beginner class before taking a class in the app I have created a Beginner Pilates Series on my YouTube channel! Each video also has a link to my Beginner Pilates Guide which gives you a suggestion on how to move through the playlist!
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that was designed to help you develop your core strength so that you can have better posture, better balance, increased stability, and increase your overall body awareness. It is all about moving in a precise, controlled way, so it is perfect for fellow control freaks (LOL).
