  • Be prepared to get more out of class than you expect and then be hooked! Especially as you build your experience with the practice, familiar movements become challenging in new ways and new movements keep you on your toes. I never doubt the quality of Margaret’s classes (online and all) because regular practice truly has lead to real results.
